Deployed Think Incident Free (TIF) planning to ensure the work could be completed incident free. Conduced daily JSA and tailgate meetings to communicate the work to be performed and the possible hazards associated with the job. 

IES Treatment Recommendation
As illustrated in the viscosity testing, LamFlo® is effective in lowering the viscosity and cloud point of the oil samples. The addition of LamFlo® can reduce paraffin deposition by modifying both asphaltenes and lower hydrocarbon chains.

Based on these results, we recommended LamFlo® be continuously injected into the subject pipeline at a rate of 5 oz/bbl.
